Dear Friends,
There are moments in healing when the ache inside feels too deep for words. I remember driving up and down the highway, tears streaming, listening to How Great Is Your Love by MercyMe. I wanted so desperately to believe God could see me—that His love could be higher than the heavens and stronger than the abuse and injustice I endured.
But in those fragile moments, I wondered: Could God really love me this much?
God’s love answers with a resounding yes. His love is personal, boundless, and healing. It anchors us when despair tries to pull us under. Even when we feel weak, His love holds us close and whispers courage into our weary hearts.
“And I will awake the dawn with my praise to you, oh Lord. How great is Your love. How great is Your love.”
This song became my turning point. It reminded me that God’s strength lifts the weary and empowers the weak. It reminded me that His faithfulness is the anchor I needed when everything else felt unsteady.

Here are 5 simple ways to pause during the day and remember how great God’s love is for you, no matter what you’re facing:

Morning Pause: Before getting out of bed, place your hand over your heart, take a deep breath, and whisper: “God, thank You for loving me today.”

Breath Prayer: As you inhale, say: “Your love fills me.” As you exhale, say: “Your love strengthens me.” Repeat for one minute.

Gratitude Check-In: At lunchtime, write down one way you’ve seen God’s love already show up in your day—even in small ways like sunlight, a kind word, or a moment of calm.

Release Prayer: When problems or stress feel heavy, stop, breathe deeply, and imagine placing that burden into God’s hands. Say: “I trust Your love to carry me.”

Evening Anchor: Before bed, reflect on one challenge you faced today and affirm: “Even here, God’s love is greater.”
Each of these mindful pauses is a way to stop, breathe, and gather strength and light to face the day with courage.
