In the Stronger class I explored a lot about my inner self. I was terrified when we began this journey, now I am confident and awesomely optimistic!

Now that I have taken the Stronger You classes, I can say something nice about myself. I am funny, smart, caring, and nurturing. When I started I couldn't voice a kind word about me.

I have learned how to set boundaries. I have the right to open my mouth and speak up without emotion.

I have learned that I can talk about my feelings. I don't have to bottle things up.

I now can see the truth. I can speak the truth when I see or experience abuse. I am no longer silent.

Stronger than Espresso is a guide to help you learn, change, and grow. Through the Stronger than Espresso journey you will be guided through points of self-discovery. This takes place by being honest with yourself and your situation. You then relearn old patterns and grow into the person you were meant to be.
