About
We Are Stronger Women
Helping survivors reclaim what abuse took away, through life-changing emotional healing, restoration, and spiritual growth.
Why Stronger?
Because survivors of abuse and violence are all around us, but often they hide out of fear and shame.
Did you know...
In the US 1 in 3 women are abused in intimate partner relationships.
Did you know...
In the US 1 in 7 men are abused in intimate partner relationships.
Did you know...
1 in 3 teens already experience abuse in relationships.
Abusive experiences leave wounds lasting decades after the trauma of abuse is over.
Survivors often move on, but are left overwhelmed by shame, fear, low self-esteem and powerlessness. Because LOVE has always come with a promise – and then pain – survivors; feel disconnected and even pain when they hear the word Love, especially the notion, “God loves you.”
Every Stronger session is written for survivors by survivors. This insight an integral piece to understanding the survivors’ journey from hurt to healing through restorative and prevention programs.
The Stronger healing model combines proven curriculum, the power of small groups, and ongoing development of practical tools to restore survivors.
Stronger focuses on exponential growth by equipping certified facilitators to launch restorative healing groups in their local community, church and organization.
As survivors tell their stories, they begin to heal from trauma in a safe and supportive setting. Participants gain: Increased self-awareness, renewed thought patterns, develop healthier coping mechanisms, build resilience, improved self-esteem, establish healthy boundaries, improve family and parenting skills, improved communication skills, and healthier relationships.
We believe it is critical to provide practical tools so everyone can walk alongside these survivors in their healing journey with respect and dignity.

Karen Jordan
Treasurer
Along with being Rich Jordan’s wife, Karen is the Office Manager and CFO for Fortress Estate Solutions. Karen has her degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK.
When asked where she would love to have been born (other than her home state of KS), she said, “Hawaii. For the most part, the islands don’t experience the extreme hot or cold of other states and are surrounded by beautiful ocean.” (By the way, her favorite vacation spot? Anywhere near an ocean.)
In high school, the one lesson Karen is most grateful for learning is that to succeed in this life, she had to work at it, even if she worked alone, and never give up. After high school, Karen put herself through college as her parents did not have the resources to assist her. And she passed this same heart and ethic to her children.
Together, Rich and Karen share 4 children, 7 grandchildren, and 2 adorable Pugs.
