When I founded Stronger than Espresso®, I believed healing was possible because I had lived through trauma myself. But this last year—this soul-wrecking, heart-redefining season—showed me something new:

    Set 3 small goals. Write 2 clear pathways to each. Identify 1 support source for willpower.

  2. Do One Joyful Thing Per Day
    Even if it feels forced. Joy is often a doorway—not a destination.

    Write this: “I am free to _________.” (Rest. Love. Say no. Begin again.)

  4. Choose to Live Today.
    Even if tomorrow is uncertain. Even if you’re still healing. Choosing life is the greatest act of rebellion against trauma.
